User conduct

You may use PastoralCounsellor.com by completing the Login form, or posting a listing directly that will create a user account for you. Once you have Registered and submitted your details, an email link is sent to you.

By registering with PastoralCounsellor.com, you agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself including correct names, email address and telephone number, and to update your information if it changes. After registration you will be sent an email to verify that the email address you use for registration is controlled by you.

Listings remain on PastoralCounsellor.com for a period of days as per your selected package and may not be removed unless they contain unlawful content.

Users are prohibited from posting unlawful content, including defamatory, insulting, private, racist, sexist, threatening, harassing, degrading, fraudulent, obscene, indecent or otherwise objectionable material (“unlawful content”) on PastoralCounsellor.com.

Although the owner of PastoralCounsellor.com will attempt to keep all objectionable listings off this website, the administrators and moderators do not review all listings. All listings express the views of the author, and neither the owner of PastoralCounsellor.com nor its members, its representatives, its employees or its independent contractors will be held responsible for the content of any listing.

The owner and administrators of PastoralCounsellor.com reserve the right to remove or edit any listing for any reason.

No advertising is allowed in any listings.

Use of this website is solely at the risk of the user. Users acknowledge that they remain responsible for all content which they post on PastoralCounsellor.com and its owners, operators, host and moderators disclaim all and any liability which may arise from the content of any listing.

PastoralCounsellor.com reserves the right to remove or edit listings which, in the opinion of the moderators, are offensive or unlawful, but shall not be obliged to do so and expressly disclaims any liability arising from the use or non-use of such editorial control.

You confirm that you have a bona fide interest in the contents of the of the listing that you write about, and that all the facts contained in your listings are true and accurately describe your experiences with the person. You acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions of PastoralCounsellor.com and that your listings do not contain unlawful content, including content that is defamatory, insulting, private, racist, sexist, threatening, harassing, degrading, fraudulent, obscene, indecent or otherwise objectionable.

You understand that your personal details (name, contact number, email address and any other identifying information provided by you to the owner of PastoralCounsellor.com) may be disclosed to the person concerned in the sole discretion of the owner of PastoralCounsellor.com. You consent to your details being disclosed to the person concerned and you undertake not to institute legal action against the owner of PastoralCounsellor.com for breach of privacy or any related cause of action in relation to such a disclosure. You also consent to your personal details being kept by the owner of PastoralCounsellor.com for a period of 5 (five) years from the time that you provide them to the owner of PastoralCounsellor.com.

In the event you violate these Terms and Conditions, the owner of PastoralCounsellor.com has the right to terminate your access to the site and take whatever other steps the owner deems necessary. Important note: In terms of section 77(2) of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, any person who lodges a notification of unlawful activity knowing that it materially misrepresents the facts is liable for damages for wrongful take-down.
